Can I Apply?

GRADUATES OF A UNIVERSITY

1. Application without Examination: If you are a graduate of a university in Türkiye, or if you are a graduate of a foreign university of which equivalence is approved by YÖK (Turkish Higher Education Council), you can enroll in the programs without taking any examination.

2. Meeting the Precondition

- A copy of your university diploma (students whose YÖKSİS Records are not active will need to sign a written contract)

- Having a residence permit/visa which is permanent/ valid for at least 6 months

- Online application form (signed)

- Declaration document

3. Submitting the Documents: Please scan and e-mail your documents to globalcampus@anadolu.edu.tr if you are at a location where there is not an Anadolu University Contact Office. Original copies of the documents are submitted to Anadolu University representative when the first exam is taken.

GRADUATES OF A HIGH SCHOOL

1. Taking the Entrance Exam (Entrance Exam/ANADOLUYÖS): Candidates who take a sufficient score from the exam given by Anadolu University (Entrance Exam/ANADOLUYÖS) can enroll in the programs.

2. Meeting the Precondition

- A copy of your high school diploma (approved by Educational Consultancy or Educational Attache)

- Having a residence permit/visa which is permanent/valid for at least 6 months

- Online application form (signed)

- Declaration document

3. Submitting the Documents: Please scan and e-mail your documents to globalcampus@anadolu.edu.tr if you are at a location where there is not an Anadolu University Contact Office. Original copies of the documents are submitted to Anadolu University representative when the first exam is taken.

TRANSFER APPLICATIONS

Conditions for Transfer Applications

A student can apply for transfer to a program abroad if:

1. the applicant’s program is offered in Programs Abroad

2. the applicant is a Turkish citizen or a citizen of another country who has a residence permit which is permanent/valid for 6 months in their country of residence;

3. the applicant was enrolled in a program of the Faculties of Open Education, Economics, or Business Administration, which are parts of Anadolu University Open Education System, and did not disenroll in the past.

Transfer applications can be made with a signed petition to Anadolu University Contact Office in the applicant’s country of residence or to Programs Abroad Office of Anadolu University Faculty of Open Education Central Office in Türkiye.

WHO CANNOT BE ENROLLED IN PROGRAMS ABROAD

Applicants who do not meet the application conditions cannot be enrolled in Programs Abroad offered by Anadolu University.

Turkish citizens who live in Türkiye and who do not have a valid residence permit in their country of residence, or Turkish citizens who are abroad with a tourist visa cannot apply for Programs Abroad.

People who are not a national of any country and who are issued a temporary or permanent “Travel Document” for their residence by the local authorities because of their situation cannot apply for Programs Abroad.

Above mentioned candidates cannot be enrolled in Programs Abroad even if they take the entrance exam or have a sufficient score from the entrance exam.
