General Information about the Program

Education Management Non-Thesis Master's Program via Distance Education aims to develop relevant knowledge, skills and understanding of educational administration, especially of school administrators and teachers, and to train students in accordance with the competencies of comprehending, interpreting and applying the theories, models and research methods in the study areas. In this context, the scope of the program includes courses such as Leadership in Educational Organizations, Educational Administration, Research Methods in Education, Organizational Innovation in Education, Supervision and Evaluation in Education, Social Foundations of Educational Management, Curriculum Management, Educational Economy and Finance, Human Resources Management, School Culture and Climate, and School Management in Theory and Practice. These courses are designed to support the application-based multifaceted development of the program students.
