General Information about the Program
The guiding educational philosophy of the graduate programs offered by the Department of Communication Design and Management has been training students as qualified professionals of the global knowledge society. Consistent with this philosophy, students have been provided with strong theoretical and practical training. The graduate program members serve as facilitators of the learning process, and students take major responsibility for their own learning. Professional guidance of graduate program members and active involvement of students are two basic components of education in the graduate studies in communication design and management. A good combination of instructor-led and learner-centered approaches have been employed to accomplish educational goals. Learning experiences are supported by state-of-the-art technological infrastructure. Currently, 6 professors, 5 associate professors, 5 assistant professors are working in the MA programs of the Department of Communication Design and Management.
Career Opportunities
It is thought that the graduates who have completed the Communication Design and Management MA program will be able to work as communication designers, communication managers, communication specialists, communication consultants, communication researchers, communication coordinators, corporate communication specialists, communication instructors, communication strategy specialist. Graduates of this program can work in other areas of communication, apart from the field of communication design and management.
