General Information about the Department
The Program in International Trade and Logistics is related, in general terms, to inventory, transportation, storage, and packaging of goods, and thus offers courses of economics, export and import, logistics, accounting, marketing, and foreign trade. Under today’s competitive conditions, a modern approach to logistics management is required for international trade. Therefore, employees working in the international trade field need to be equipped with comprehensive knowledge of logistics. The scope of logistics goes beyond transportation activities. Logistics is a field that involves the coordination, according to an economic plan, of a series of activities, including receiving, storing, and shipping to a destination of goods, services, information. This program was established to meet the need for well-equipped human resources in international trade and logistics.
