Department of Wholesale and Retail Sales - Program in Real Estate Management

General Information about the Department

The Associate Degree Program in Real Estate Management aims to train and prepare qualified personnel who are respectful to ethical principles and equipped with vocational knowledge on property appraisal, property marketing and property administration.

The construction sector is one of the most important sectors in our country and in the world and it is constantly developing and maintaining its importance. Therefore, the need for well-trained marketing, management, and real estate appraisal specialists is increasing in the real estate sector. Real Estate Management Program aims to educate professionals who are respectful to the ethics of the real estate sector and who are equipped with professional knowledge in real estate appraisal, marketing and management.

In the program, students receive theoretical education for three semesters within the scope of the 3+1 framework. In the last semester, students are required to complete workplace training. This training is directed by the vocational school, and it helps students practice the knowledge and skills they have acquired. In addition to this educational process, students are required to complete 30-workday summer term internship
