General Information about the Program

The main purpose of the Ph.D. program is to explain the philosophy of management science and to contribute to the development of the scientific literature in the field of management.

The program courses consist of four main areas of management science; organizational theory, strategic management, human resource management, and organizational behavior.

The Ph.D. program focuses on micro, meso and macro level research with advanced research methods, in addition to the most detailed points of theory.

The program is carried out with competent faculty members who hold associate professors and professors in the field of management science.

The program is completed by the student preparing a thesis in Turkish and defending it in front of an independent jury.
