The aim of this program is to enhance the personal and career development of Ph.D. students in the field of intellectual disabilities. Moreover, this program assists students to follow and conduct scientific studies, to coach teachers to be specialists in the field of special education for students with intellectual disabilities, to conduct research in the field of education of students with intellectual disabilities. Also, this program assists doctoral students to produce knowledge, education strategies, and disseminate these services universally.
